Veggie Supreme Pizza

A delicious and colorful Veggie Supreme Pizza loaded with fresh vegetables and topped with melted cheese, perfect for any pizza night!

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g cheese
  • 150g tomato
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 50g onion
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with water and a pinch of salt to make a dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired size and thickness.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce over the base of the pizza.
  5. Chop the bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms into small pieces and sauté them in sunflower oil along with minced garlic until soft.
  6. Distribute the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pizza base.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the vegetables.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice and serve.
