Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 100g cheese
- 150g tomato
- 50g bell pepper
- 50g onion
- 100g mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with water and a pinch of salt to make a dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired size and thickness.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the base of the pizza.
- Chop the bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms into small pieces and sauté them in sunflower oil along with minced garlic until soft.
- Distribute the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the vegetables.
