Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 150g tomato
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 200g cheese
  • 50g onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10ml olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a smooth dough. Knead for about 5 minutes and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms, and distribute them over the sauce.
  6. Chop the onion and mince the garlic, then sprinkle them over the vegetables.
  7. Grate the cheese and top the pizza generously with it.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and place in the preheated oven.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Slice and serve hot.
