Ingredients:
- 250g flour
- 150ml water
- 5g yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 200g tomato
- 150g cheese
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 100g mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Prepare the dough by mixing flour, water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl until it forms a smooth dough. Allow the dough to rise for about 30 minutes.
- While the dough is rising, prepare the toppings by slicing the carrot, zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Mince the garlic.
