Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 150ml water
  • 5g yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 200g tomato
  • 150g cheese
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl until it forms a smooth dough. Allow the dough to rise for about 30 minutes.
  3. While the dough is rising, prepare the toppings by slicing the carrot, zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Mince the garlic.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread a layer of tomato sauce (made from blended tomatoes and seasonings) over the dough.
  6. Layer the sliced vegetables evenly on top of the tomato sauce. Sprinkle minced garlic over the veggies.
  7. Grate cheese and sprinkle it generously over the vegetables.
  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
