Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 10g sugar
  • 5g salt
  • 150ml water
  • 15g yeast
  • 200g tomato
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g spinach
  • 200g cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  6. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  7. Layer mushrooms, bell pepper, and spinach on top of the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle cheese generously over the vegetables.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
