These delicious veggie stuffed mushrooms make an excellent appetizer for any gathering. Filled with a savory mixture of spinach, garlic, and cheese, they are sure to impress your guests!

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of mushrooms
  • 100 grams of spinach
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 grams of cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully.
  3. Finely chop the mushroom stems and set them aside.
  4. In a pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add the chopped mushroom stems and spinach to the pan, cooking until the spinach is wilted.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Fill each mushroom cap with the spinach and cheese mixture.
  8. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
