Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into sticks.
  2. Wash the cucumber and cut it into sticks as well.
  3. Wash the zucchini and slice it into sticks.
  4. For the avocado dip, scoop out the avocado into a bowl.
  5. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the avocado.
  6. Mash the ingredients together until smooth.
  7. Serve the veggie sticks with the avocado dip on the side.
