  • 1 carrot
  • 50g onion
  • 50g cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them in a bowl.
  2. Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion. Add them to the mashed potatoes.
  3. Mix in the cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  5. Heat the peanut oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
