Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 150g tomato
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g cheese
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with water and a pinch of salt to form the dough.
  3. Roll the dough out and place it on a pizza stone or baking tray.
  4. Spread a layer of crushed tomatoes on top of the dough.
  5. Slice the bell peppers and zucchini, then arrange them on the pizza.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic over the vegetables.
  7. Top with cheese and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
