Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g cheese
  • 50g tomato
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 50g zucchini
  • 50g onion
  • 10g garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  5. Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the rolled dough.
  6. Slice the bell pepper, zucchini, and onion thinly and arrange them evenly on top of the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle minced garlic and cheese over the vegetables.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
