Veggie Pizza Delight

A delicious and healthy veggie pizza topped with a medley of fresh vegetables that everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g cheese
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 50g mushroom
  • 50g spinach
  • 30g onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10g butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour with water and a pinch of salt to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  5. Finely chop the bell pepper, mushrooms, spinach, onion, and garlic. Sauté them in butter until soft.
  6. Spread the sautéed vegetables on top of the tomato sauce.
  7. Sprinkle the cheese generously over the vegetables.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve. Enjoy your veggie pizza!
