Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 100g cheese
- 100g tomato
- 50g bell pepper
- 50g mushroom
- 50g spinach
- 30g onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10g butter
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a bowl, mix flour with water and a pinch of salt to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Finely chop the bell pepper, mushrooms, spinach, onion, and garlic. Sauté them in butter until soft.
- Spread the sautéed vegetables on top of the tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle the cheese generously over the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
