  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • butter for cooking

Instructions:

  2. Add salt and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
  3. Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion.
  4. In a skillet, melt some butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the chopped onion and grated carrot to the skillet, sautéing until they soften.

  7. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables, tilting the pan to spread it evenly.
