Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 100g tomato
- 50g mushrooms
- 50g bell pepper
- 150g cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, mix the flour with 125ml of water and a pinch of salt to form a dough. Knead for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce made from fresh tomatoes evenly over the dough.
- Finely chop the mushrooms and bell pepper, then slice the garlic. Spread these evenly over the tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
