Veggie Lover's Pizza

A delicious veggie lover's pizza topped with fresh vegetables and cheese, perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g mushrooms
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 150g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with 125ml of water and a pinch of salt to form a dough. Knead for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce made from fresh tomatoes evenly over the dough.
  5. Finely chop the mushrooms and bell pepper, then slice the garlic. Spread these evenly over the tomato sauce.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the vegetables.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and serve.
