Ingredients:
- 500g flour
- 300ml water
- 7g yeast
- 10g sugar
- 10g salt
- 50ml olive oil

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Meanwhile, prepare the veggies: grate the carrot, finely chop the onion, and slice the zucchini.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and spread it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press the veggies into the dough, evenly distributing them over the surface.
- Cover the dough again and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
