Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 100ml water
  • 150g tomato
  • 100g cheese
  • 50g spinach
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 50g mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10ml olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with water and olive oil to form a dough.
  3. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
  5. Thinly slice the bell pepper and mushrooms, and layer them on top of the sauce.
  6. Add the fresh spinach on top, and sprinkle cheese evenly over the vegetables.
  7. Finely chop the garlic and sprinkle it on top of the pizza.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy your Veggie Deluxe Pizza.
