  • 50g spinach
  • 50g cucumber
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 50g avocado

Instructions:

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the spinach evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Slice the cucumber and bell pepper, then layer them on top of the spinach.
  4. Slice the avocado and place it on top of the vegetables.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one side, and wrap it securely.
  6. Cut the wrap in half and serve fresh.
