Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 100g tomato
  • 60g onion
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 80g cheese
  • 20g garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with water to form a dough, knead it for about 5 minutes, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and place it on a baking tray.
  4. Spread a layer of crushed tomatoes over the dough as the pizza base.

  6. Finely chop the garlic and sprinkle it over the vegetables.
