  • 100g tomato
  • 50g onion
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 150g cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a dough.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Chop the onion and bell pepper and sprinkle them over the sauce.
  6. Grate the cheese and layer it on top of the vegetables.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, slice, and serve hot.
