Veggie Delight Pizza

A delicious and healthy veggie delight pizza loaded with fresh vegetables, perfect for a nutritious dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g zucchini
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 50g cheese
  • 10g garlic
  • 30ml sunflower oil
  • 250ml water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, water, and sunflower oil until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  3. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the crushed tomato evenly over the dough.
  5. Slice the zucchini and bell pepper thinly, and finely chop the garlic.
  6. Arrange the sliced zucchini and bell pepper on top of the tomato sauce, and sprinkle with chopped garlic.
  7. Add cheese on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
