Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 100g tomato
- 50g zucchini
- 50g bell pepper
- 50g cheese
- 10g garlic
- 30ml sunflower oil
- 250ml water
Instructions:
- Prepare the dough by mixing flour, water, and sunflower oil until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the crushed tomato evenly over the dough.
- Slice the zucchini and bell pepper thinly, and finely chop the garlic.
- Arrange the sliced zucchini and bell pepper on top of the tomato sauce, and sprinkle with chopped garlic.
- Add cheese on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
