A delicious and healthy Veggie Delight Pizza topped with fresh vegetables and melted cheese, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 150g cheese
  • 100g tomato
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 50g garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough into a round shape and place it on a baking tray.
  5. Spread tomato sauce over the base and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  6. Cut the zucchini and bell pepper into thin slices and arrange them evenly on top of the sauce.
  7. Cover the vegetables with cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and slice before serving.
