A delicious and healthy Veggie Delight Pizza loaded with fresh vegetables and topped with cheese. Perfect for a vegetarian meal!

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g tomato
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 200g cheese
  • 100ml water
  • 10g garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and water to create a dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough into a circular shape on a floured surface.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce made from the diced tomato and minced garlic over the dough.
  5. Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms, then arrange them on top of the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle cheese generously over the vegetables.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
