Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 7g yeast
- 150ml warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100g tomato sauce
- 150g cheese
- 50g zucchini
- 50g bell pepper
- 50g onion
- 50g mushrooms
- 25g spinach
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt. Slowly add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rest for 30 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
- Roll out the dough into a round shape and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and onion, and chop the mushrooms. Distribute the vegetables evenly on top of the cheese.
- Add fresh spinach on top of the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
