Ingredients:
- 250g whole wheat flour
- 200g tomato sauce
- 200g mozzarella cheese
- 100g zucchini
- 100g bell pepper
- 100g mushrooms
- 50g onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and gradually add water to form a dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
