Veggie Delight Pizza

A colorful and healthy veggie delight pizza loaded with fresh vegetables and a cheesy topping, perfect for a delightful meal.

Ingredients:

  • 250g whole wheat flour
  • 200g tomato sauce
  • 200g mozzarella cheese
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 50g onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and gradually add water to form a dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base of the rolled out dough.
  5. Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion thinly and arrange them evenly on top of the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the vegetables and season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
