Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g cheese
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g onion
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 50g spinach
  • 50g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar, then gradually add water to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough onto a floured surface to your desired size and thickness.
  5. Spread a thin layer of olive oil on the base of the dough.
  6. Chop the onion, tomato, bell pepper, spinach, and mushrooms into small pieces.
  7. Evenly distribute the chopped vegetables over the pizza base.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top of the vegetables.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
