A flavorful veggie and chicken wrap loaded with fresh ingredients. Perfect for a light lunch or a quick dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large whole grain wrap
  • 100 grams cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 50 grams spinach
  • 50 grams cucumber, sliced
  • 50 grams bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 30 grams cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Start by placing the whole grain wrap on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the yogurt evenly over the wrap to keep it moist.
  3. Layer the shredded chicken breast on one half of the wrap.
  4. Add the spinach, cucumber slices, and bell pepper on top of the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle diced tomato and grated cheese over the vegetables.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Fold the wrap tightly, rolling it from one end to the other, to enclose the filling.
  8. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
