A delicious and savory bread infused with vegetables like carrot and onion, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 500g flour
  • 200g carrot
  • 100g onion
  • 10g garlic
  • 300ml water
  • 7g yeast
  • 5g salt

Instructions:

  1. Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt.
  3. Add the grated carrot, chopped onion, and garlic to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Gradually add water until the dough comes together.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  6. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  7. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  8. Shape the risen dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until browned and sounds hollow when tapped.
  10. Allow to cool before slicing.
