  • 50g cucumber

Instructions:

  2. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until smooth.
  3. Lay the spinach evenly over the tortilla as the base layer.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado on top of the spinach.
  5. Dice the tomato and cucumber, then sprinkle them over the avocado.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to enclose the filling.
  7. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap it in foil for lunch on the go.
