Ingredients:

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 50g spinach
  • 50g cucumber

Instructions:

  1. Start by slicing the avocado in half and removing the pit.
  2. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado into a bowl and mash it with a fork until smooth.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the whole wheat tortilla.
  4. Slice the tomato and cucumber into thin slices and place them on top of the avocado spread.
  5. Add fresh spinach leaves over the tomatoes and cucumbers.
  6. Wrap the tortilla tightly, folding in the edges as you roll it up.
  7. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
