Veggie & Avocado Wrap

A refreshing and healthy veggie and avocado wrap, perfect for lunch or a light meal! Packed with fresh vegetables, this wrap is both nutritious and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1 avocado
  • 50g spinach
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 50g cucumber
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Spread mashed avocado on the tortilla.
  2. Layer fresh spinach on top of the avocado.
  3. Dice the tomato and cucumber, then sprinkle them over the spinach.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice in half and serve.
