Ingredients:
- 1 large tortilla
- 1 avocado
- 50g spinach
- 1 medium tomato
- 50g cucumber
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Spread mashed avocado on the tortilla.

- Dice the tomato and cucumber, then sprinkle them over the spinach.
