  • 1 large whole wheat wrap
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Start by laying the whole wheat wrap on a clean surface.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until creamy.
