Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1 avocado
  • 50g spinach
  • 50g tomato
  • 30g cucumber
  • 20g cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Start by laying the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Layer the spinach leaves, sliced tomato, and cucumber on top of the avocado spread.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end, and tuck in the sides as you go to create a wrap.
