Ingredients:

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 100g spinach
  • 1 medium tomato

Instructions:

  1. Spread the ripe avocado over the whole wheat tortilla evenly.

  3. Add slices of the medium tomato over the spinach layer.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
