Veggie Avocado Wrap

A healthy and delicious Veggie Avocado Wrap that combines fresh vegetables and creamy avocado. Perfect for a quick lunch or snack!

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 50g spinach, washed
  • 50g cucumber, sliced
  • 50g bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g tomato, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the whole wheat wrap.
  2. Layer the spinach, cucumber, bell pepper, and tomato on top of the avocado.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roll the wrap tightly from one end to the other.
  5. Cut in half and serve immediately.
