Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 50g spinach, washed
- 50g cucumber, sliced
- 50g bell pepper, sliced
- 100g tomato, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the whole wheat wrap.
