A delicious and healthy Veggie and Chicken Wrap filled with vibrant vegetables and tender chicken, perfect for a quick lunch or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 100g cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 50g lettuce, shredded
  • 50g cucumber, sliced
  • 50g bell pepper, sliced
  • 50g carrot, grated
  • 20g hummus
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Spread hummus over the whole wheat tortilla.
  2. Layer shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, sliced bell pepper, and grated carrot on top of the hummus.
  3. Add sliced cooked chicken breast over the vegetables.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap and slice in half to serve.
