Veggie and Cheese Quesadilla
A delicious and easy-to-make veggie and cheese quesadilla perfect for a quick snack. Packed with flavor and nutrition, this quesadilla is a great way to enjoy vegetables in a crispy tortilla!
Ingredients:
- 2 flour tortillas
- 100 g cheese
- 50 g spinach
- 50 g bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
Instructions:
- Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Add chopped spinach and sliced bell pepper on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the veggies and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from heat, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
