Veggie and Cheese Quesadilla

A delicious and easy-to-make veggie and cheese quesadilla perfect for a quick snack. Packed with flavor and nutrition, this quesadilla is a great way to enjoy vegetables in a crispy tortilla!

Ingredients:

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 100 g cheese
  • 50 g spinach
  • 50 g bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  3. Add chopped spinach and sliced bell pepper on top of the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the veggies and fold the tortilla in half.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  6. Remove from heat, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
