A delicious and healthy Veggie and Avocado Wrap packed with fresh vegetables and creamy avocado. It's a perfect lunch or snack option that is both satisfying and nutritious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 avocado
  • 100g spinach
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 50g cucumber

Instructions:

  1. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the whole wheat tortilla.
  2. Add the fresh spinach leaves on top of the avocado.
  3. Dice the tomato and cucumber, then sprinkle them over the spinach.
  4. Wrap the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll.
