Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 100g avocado (sliced)
  • 50g cucumber (sliced)
  • 100g lettuce (shredded)
  • 50g bell pepper (sliced)

Instructions:

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a layer of sliced avocado evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Add the shredded lettuce on top of the avocado.
  4. Place the sliced cucumber and bell pepper on the lettuce.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end and pulling it over the filling.
  6. Cut the wrap in half diagonally.
  7. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
