Ingredients:

  • 1 large whole wheat wrap
  • 100g lettuce
  • 50g cucumber
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 50g shredded carrots
  • 30g cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing your vegetables. Wash the lettuce and cucumber thoroughly. Slice the cucumber and cherry tomatoes into thin pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay the whole wheat wrap flat on a clean surface. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the wrap.
  4. Layer the lettuce, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and shredded carrots on top of the avocado.
  5. If using cheese, sprinkle it over the top of the vegetables.
  6. Carefully roll the wrap up tightly from one end to the other, enclosing the filling inside.
  7. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap it in foil for a portable lunch option.
