Veggie and Avocado Wrap

A healthy and delicious veggie and avocado wrap filled with fresh ingredients, perfect for a quick lunch or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grain wrap
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 50g spinach
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 50g cucumber

Instructions:

  1. Start by slicing the avocado in half, scooping out the flesh, and mashing it with a fork.
  2. Lay the whole grain wrap flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the wrap.
  4. Add fresh spinach leaves on top of the avocado.
  5. Thinly slice the tomato and cucumber, then layer them on the spinach.
  6. Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top.
  7. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.
