Ingredients:
- 250g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 100g spinach
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50g cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
- In a skillet, heat some oil and sauté the chopped mushroom stems, onion, and garlic until softened.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Remove from heat and mix in the cheese until melted.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the vegetable mixture.
- Place them on a baking tray and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden.
