Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with a savory vegetable mix, perfect for a party appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 100g spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50g cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
  3. In a skillet, heat some oil and sauté the chopped mushroom stems, onion, and garlic until softened.
  4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in the cheese until melted.
  6. Stuff the mushroom caps with the vegetable mixture.
  7. Place them on a baking tray and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve warm.
