Vegetable Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 250 grams mushrooms
- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 50 grams cheese, grated

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully, setting the caps aside.
- Finely chop the mushroom stems and sauté them in sunflower oil with the diced carrot, onion, and minced garlic until softened.
