Ingredients:

  • 250 grams mushrooms
  • 1 carrot, finely diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 50 grams cheese, grated
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully, setting the caps aside.
  3. Finely chop the mushroom stems and sauté them in sunflower oil with the diced carrot, onion, and minced garlic until softened.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then stir in the grated cheese until melted.
  5. Stuff the mushroom caps with the vegetable mixture and place them on a baking tray.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
