Ingredients:

  • 300g chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 100g broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Add the sliced carrot, zucchini, broccoli, and bell pepper to the pan.
  6. Stir-fry for another 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chives if desired.
