Vegetable Stir-fry with Chicken

Ingredients:
- 300g chicken breast
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 100g broccoli
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic

Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
