  • 30ml peanut oil
  • soy sauce to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Chop the broccoli into florets, slice the bell pepper, and julienne the carrot.
  3. Heat peanut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the chicken and cook until it's no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
