Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast
- 100g broccoli
- 100g bell pepper
- 100g carrot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30ml peanut oil
- soy sauce to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Chop the broccoli into florets, slice the bell pepper, and julienne the carrot.
- Heat peanut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and cook until it's no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Drizzle with soy sauce to taste and toss to combine.
