Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g broccoli
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. While the chicken is marinating, chop the carrot, zucchini, bell pepper, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
  6. Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until tender but crisp.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with your choice of herbs if desired.
