  • 200g chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100g broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. Slice the carrot and bell pepper into thin pieces. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
  3. Heat peanut oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
  6. Add the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
