Vegetable Stir-fry with Chicken

Ingredients:
- 250g chicken breast
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the vegetables by thinly slicing the carrots, zucchini, and bell pepper.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- If desired, drizzle with soy sauce and toss everything together.
