Ingredients:

  • 250g chicken breast
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Soy sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by thinly slicing the carrots, zucchini, and bell pepper.
  3. Heat the sunflower oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the sliced vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  7. If desired, drizzle with soy sauce and toss everything together.
  8. Serve hot immediately.
