Vegetable Sticks with Creamy Dip

Crunchy vegetable sticks made from fresh carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers served with a creamy yogurt dip. Perfect as a healthy snack for any occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 150g yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into sticks.
  2. Wash the cucumber and cut it into sticks as well.
  3. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into sticks.
  4. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to create a creamy dip.
  5. Arrange the vegetable sticks on a platter and serve with the yogurt dip.
