  • avocado
  • peanut oil
  • lemon

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the rice paper by soaking it in warm water until soft, then place it on a flat surface.
  2. Thinly slice the carrot, cucumber, and bell pepper into matchsticks.
  3. Slice the avocado into thin strips.
  4. Lay a few slices of carrot, cucumber, bell pepper, and avocado on the rice paper, leaving some space at the edges.
  5. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Repeat the process for the remaining rice papers and filling.
