Vegetable Potato Bites

Crispy vegetable potato bites that are perfect for snacking. Made with a blend of potatoes and fresh veggies, they're healthy and tasty.

Ingredients:

  • 300g potato
  • 100g carrot
  • 50g onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Peel and dice the potato and carrot into small cubes.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  3. In a bowl, combine the diced potato, carrot, onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the vegetable mixture and shape them into small patties.
  6. Fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
