  • 100g cheese

  • 100g spinach

  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with water and a pinch of salt to form the pizza dough. Knead until smooth, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
  5. Slice the tomato and bell pepper, and scatter them over the sauce.
  6. Add fresh spinach on top of the vegetables.
  7. Mince the garlic and sprinkle it evenly on the pizza.
  8. Top with shredded cheese evenly across the pizza.
  9. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing, and serve hot.
