Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 150g cheese
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g onion
  • 100g spinach
  • 50g bell pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour with some water and knead until a dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough out to your desired thickness and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
  6. Chop the onion and bell pepper, and arrange them over the cheese.
  7. Add fresh spinach leaves on top of the vegetables.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
